- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Zest of two lemons
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 & ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- FOR GLAZE:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2-3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Zest of one lemon
