Crockpot Sweet and Sour Turkey Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 3 lb bag frozen Mama Lucia Italian-Style Turkey Meatballs
- 1/4 C chopped onion
- 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple
- 2 T mustard
- 1/2 C ketchup
- 1/2 C vinegar
- 1/2 C water
- 2/3 C brown sugar (not packed)
- 2 T soy sauce
- 2 T cornstarch
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, except meatballs, in crockpot and stir. Then add meatballs and stir again.
- Cook on high for 3 hours and serve. **I suggest to serve on top of brown rice.
