CHICKEN SALAD MEAL PREP
Ingredients
- 2 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup water chestnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper diced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Sides
- carrot sticks
- grapes
Instructions
- Combine chicken, bell peppers, celery, onion, Greek yogurt, salt and pepper in large bowl.
- Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
