CHEDDAR BAKED CHICKEN



INGREDIENTS
  1. 1/2 cup butter (divided)
  2. 1 cup flour
  3. 1 teaspoon salt
  4. 1 teaspoon pepper
  5. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  6. 2 eggs
  7. 1 Tablespoon milk
  8. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  9. 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  10. 1 cup Corn Flakes (crushed)
  11. 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Melt 1/4 cup butter and pour melted butter in an even layer in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder; set aside.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk; set aside.
  5. In a third bowl, combine cheddar cheese, bread crumbs and crushed Corn Flakes; set aside.
  6. Dip each chicken breast in the flour mixture, then the egg mixture and finish by coating it in the Corn Flake mixture.
  7. Place coated chicken breasts in prepared pan.
  8. Bake for 35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
